National Lok Adalat on April 8

VISAKHAPATNAM: The National
Lok Adalat is to be held in the district court premises on April 8 from 10 am to 5 pm, said district legal services authority secretary
S Damodara Rao.
Addressing the media here on Friday, Rao said many pending cases in various courts which are registered in the national judicial data grid and pre-litigation cases including cheque bounce, bank recovery, labour, electricity, water tax, marriage, and civil matters will be resolved at the Lok Adalat.
Other cases registered in the national judicial data grid and pending in various courts such as motor accident cases, land acquisition disputes, service related matters like wages pending and improper payments, and revenue cases will also be taken up at the Lok Adalat, Rao added.
