Modi has failed to implement poll promises : Nara Lokesh

IT Minister Nara Lokesh while addressing party activists said Narendra Modi government led by Modi has failed to implement poll promises and Reorganisation Act. He recalled the then Prime Minister Manmohan's assurance of Special Category Status to AP in Rajya Sabha. Lokesh said they quit from NDA government after the Union Government failed to implement Reorganisation Act.
He said they are under close monitoring by Central Government as it has increased after they come out from the government. He said they don't have any problem with it and added that they are digitalised. Lokesh made fun out of Digital India programme.
